Mr. Eric Roel E. Domagas
Mr. Domagas was previously the President and Managing Director of Rapp Collins Inc., a full service advertising agency. Prior to this stint, he was the Vice President and Director of the Non Alcoholic Beverage business of San Miguel Corporation. One of the highlights of his role in San Miguel Corporation was to lead and manage the US$ 800 million growth initiatives for the Non Alcoholic Beverage business in seven (7) Asian countries. Mr. Picornell brings with him a wealth of experience in supply chain management and general management. He was the former Senior Vice President for Operations of Senbel Fine Chemicals. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director for PT Belfoods Indonesia where he was responsible for P&L Management of all aspects of the business to include Sales, Distribution, Finance and Operational facilities. He also spent 3 years as Manufacturing Manager for Pepsi Cola Indobeverages covering management of the Manufacturing Facilities, Quality Control, Product Development/Registration and Halal Certification. Prior to this, he handled various management posts in San Miguel Corporation for 23 years covering all fields of Beer Production, Finance Management and Product Development. Teodulo L. Manlubatan

He is backed up by a solid 23-year experince in top local companies where he held leadership positions such as the Lamoiyan Corporation as Assistant Vice President for Supply Chain Management, Cayuga Central Manufacturing Philippines Corporation as VP – Business Development, Ssangyong Corporation — Manila Office as Marketing Manager and the PHINMA Group/ Bac notan Steel Industries, Inc. as QA and Production Planning Manager. Teresa M. Conde, Filipino, joined Splash as Brand Manager in 2002. Prior to joining Splash Corporation, she was Group Sales Manager from Rustan’s Marketing Corporation from 2001 to 2002. Prior positions that she held include: Infant Food Category Manager for Philippine Health Food Center, Inc., a subsidiary of Unilab from 1998 to 2001 and Senior Product Manager for RFM Swift Foods Inc. from 1994 to 1998. Maria Regina S. Gavino
Maria Regina started her career in banking and finance which she left to pursue her real passion for the marketing profession. She joined URC in 1997 as a Brand Assistant and worked her way up to be a Senior Brand Manager wherein she handled multiple brands of URC candies as well as Payless Noodles and Jack N’ Jill. In 2002, she joined the German company Henkel as Group Product Manager. Michael J. Lagrosas
Michael brings with him more than 10 years of experience in Sales gained from various multinational and local companies. He last held the position of National Sales Manager for Republic Chemical Industries Inc. wherein he managed the company’s Php 1 Billion business. He also handled a key role as Group Sales Manager and eventually moved his way up to be the National Distribution Manager for Reckitt Benckiser Phils. Inc. Prior to this, he also played various sales management roles in Kimberly-Clark Phils. Inc., Bristol Myers-Squibb Mead Johnson and Roche Philippines Inc. Mr. Joseph B. Mutuc
Joseph brings with him twenty four (24) years of experience in sales and marketing gained from companies in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. He spent his past 8 years with Universal Robina Corporation (URC) and held the post of Sales Director since 2005. Prior to his URC stint, he was the Sales Director of MAXXIUM Philippines from 1997 to 2001. He also handled several sales management roles in Sara Lee and Zuellig Pharma Corporation early in his career. Ma. Lourdes R. Bantegui-Rodriguez
Ma. Lourdes R. Bantegui-Rodriguez, Filipino, joined Splash in January 2007. Prior to joining Splash she was the Corporate Counsel and the Corporate Secretary of Araneta Properties, Inc. From 1999 to 2006, she was Legal Counsel to Gregorio Araneta III. She was a Legal Consultant at the Office of Senator Manuel M. Lapid III from 2004 to 2005. Arthur P. Bautista
Arthur P. Bautista, Filipino, has been with Splash Corporation since 2005. Prior to joining Splash, he was a Faculty Member and Department Chairman of the Industrial Pharmacy Department of the College of Pharmacy, University of the Philippines-Manila. From 2001 to 2003, he was a Research Pharmacist/ Consultant for the Herbal Licensing Project of the Department of Trade and Industry-Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions and was a Science Research Specialist of the Department of Science and Technology from 1998-2001. Grace S. Domingo-Del Rosario
Grace S. Domingo-Del Rosario, Filipino, joined Splash in 2001 as Senior Scientist for Skin Treatment. In 2002, she was promoted as Regulatory Affairs Manager where she oversees the Company’s compliance with relevant regulations (DOH and BFAD), monitors compliance of competitors, ensures ample protection for the Company’s intellectual properties (patent, trademarks, and copyrights) as well as making certain that these intellectual properties are not violated. Maria Chiara D. Miraflores
Ms. Maria Chiara D. Miraflores, Assistant Vice President for Financial Accounting. She joined Splash in 2004 carrying with her a vast experience in various industries handling critical functions in accounting, audit and treasury. Mr. Fernando M. Manotok
Mr. Fernando brings with him 20 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury and Corporate Planning from various industries. He last held the position of Commercial Finance Manager with Diageo Group of Companies where he handled major functions such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Pricing, A&P Evaluation and Investment Analysis from 2005 to 2009. He also served as the Philippine market representative in Greater Asia Virtual Decision Support (DS) & Business Performance Management Team (BPM) for the said company. Prior to joining Diageo, he was the Financial Manager for Reynolds Philippines Corporation for 6 years from 1997 to 2003. He also served as the Controller for Loreto Mining Corporation from 1995 to 1997. For certain projects, he also works as a Financial Consultant for various companies. Mr. Noel T. Macaya Mr. Macaya joined Splash in September 2005 as Regional Trade Marketing Manager for Mindanao and eventually became the Regional Customer Development Manager (RCDM) for the Customer and Channel Development Team. In 2008, he got another challenging assignment as Distributor Quality Manager under QSIM. Within the same year, he took a new role and was transferred to International Operations as Export Manager. For the past years, Mr. Macaya has proven his competence and ability to handle critical projects aimed at expanding the business of Splash. Ms. Vicci Tomas Ms. Tomas brings with her a wealth of experience in senior management. She was the Senior Vice President & Director- Group Audit at San Miguel Corporation and she is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Seaoil Philippines, Inc.  |
